3M Adds 22″ Chassis to MicroTouch Display Product Line

3M Touch Systems Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of 3M, today announced the launch of the 3M MicroTouch Display C2234SW. The C2234SW touch display combines a 22-inch high-definition, wide viewing angle, wide aspect-ratio LCD display with 3M Surface Capacitive touch technology in a robust metal chassis housing. 3M Surface Capacitive Technology (3M SCT) provides superior durability and 91.5% light transmission, which makes it a preferred touch solution in public access and heavy-use environments for gaming, entertainment, self-service and financial applications.

The C2234SW features both USB and serial communication protocol, DVI and VGA video input, multiple mounting options (100 mm VESA pattern and side brackets), and optional remote OSD module, that offers OEMs a versatile and reliable solution for a variety of heavy-use applications.
