Premier Print Award Winners Announced
Thursday 26. August 2010 - Printing Industries of America has announced the results of the 2010 Premier Print Awards which can be viewed at www.printing.org/ppa. More than 3,200 entries were submitted for the June 2010 judging of the Premier Print Awards, the world's most prestigious international print competition.
At the official Premier Print Awards website visitors will be able to view images of all 101 Best of Category award winners (Benny recipients) as well as a list of the pieces and companies that received Awards of Recognition and Certificates of Merit.
Benny-winning pieces will be featured in a full-color publication mailed to more than 10,000 individuals who purchase print as well as recognized in front of more than 400 industry executives at the Premier Print Awards Gala held in conjunction with GRAPH EXPO on October 3. The Best in Show will also be revealed during the Premier Print Awards Gala.
The success of these awards is a testament to the importance of print as Lisa Rawa, vice president of marketing of Printing Industries of America, said, “Seeing judging table after judging table covered in some of the most impressive print pieces in the world really stresses how ingrained print is in our lives. Its still an important and effective medium used by people around the world.”
