The line works with environment-friendly, chemfree photopolymer plates. This combination will bring the preventive maintenance and regular cleaning costs down.
The DotLine VMAX CTP solution plays a major role if we are talking about better efficeny in prepress production. The flexible and compact solution produces up to 400 plates/ hour @ 1270dpi with smallest food print and lowest power consumption per plate.
The compact line, CTP, processor and punch bending unit needs approx. 12sqm and has positive impact on the energy balance due to the less climate control efforts.
