Kodak to Present Insights on Improving Customer Focus and Maximizing Technology Investments at Field Service 2010 Conference
Wednesday 28. April 2010 - Bernadette Lodico, General Manager, KODAK Service and Support, Kodaks Business Solutions and Services Group, will offer best practices on service strategies during the Field Service 2010 conference in Scottsdale, Ariz., April 26-28. H
er expertise will help attendees create new ways to use service as a key driver for achieving central business goals.
Lodico will participate during a panel discussion, “Best Practices in Obtaining Customer Feedback to Effectively Target Your Service Offerings,” on Tuesday, April 27 at 9:20 a.m., and lead a session, “Obtaining Corporate Buy-In to Drive a Culture of Service Within Your Organization,” on Tuesday, April 27 at 12:20 p.m.
During her presentations, Lodico will discuss how businesses can integrate customer functions with service practices. This process includes steps to identify opportunities, align service with organizational goals and create channels to effectively communicate with customers. Lodico will explain how this approach can improve the customer experience, eliminate waste and improve employees focus on growing the business.
