Kodak Board Elects Stephen Green as Vice President

Wednesday 21. April 2010 - Eastman Kodak Company (NYSE:EK) announced today that its Board of Directors has elected Stephen Green as a Vice President of the company, effective immediately.

Green, 53, is Regional Managing Director, Sales & Customer Operations, Asia Pacific Region, a position he has held since December 2008. In that role, he is responsible for managing Kodak sales and customer service and support for the Consumer Digital Imaging and Graphic Communications Groups in countries across Asia and the Pacific Rim.

Green joined Kodak in 2005 when the Company acquired Creo Inc., in which he held the position of general manager for Australia and New Zealand. Prior to that, Green spent more than 25 years in senior marketing and sales positions for several companies in the graphic communications industry.

A citizen of Australia after moving there more than 30 years ago from the U.K., Green holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Bolton Technical College in the U.K., a graduate management diploma from the Australian Graduate School of Management at the University of New South Wales, and an M.B.A. from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management in Sydney, Australia.

Green is based in Shanghai, China.
