DotLine deliver the world fastest CTP solution to the new printing centre Druckzentrum Rhein Main in Germany

Monday 15. March 2010 - Druckzentrum Rhein Main, based in Rüsselsheim made the decisions for press and post press equipment months ago; they will start the production middle of this year. In these days the decision for the prepress equipment was on the agenda.

DotLine will install three CTP systems DotLine VMAX in combination with processors from Haase. Each line has a capacity of 350 plates/hour in “Rheinische Format” at 1270dpi. 1050 plates/hour pick production is possible with this CTP installation from DotLine.
The connected punch bending solution from Nela will handle and sort out 1050 plates/hour for the webpress.
The CTP systems can handle all available violet sensitive photopolymer plates and are easy upgradeable to chemfree production.

This outstanding performance, achieved by DotLine world fastest CTP units will give highest security, flexibility and an output reserve for the daily plate production in the new printing plant.





?DotLine VMAX

The new unit DotLine VMAX has a power spectrum from 100 single plates per hour up to unique 400 single plates per hour at 1270dpi.
The device is available as semi automatic solution with online processing and fully automatic device with 1000 plates in access.
Plate formats from 300mm by 500mm up to a maximum format of 640mm by 930mm can be exposed.
The fully automatic unit has a modular loading device and allows a straight, left or right orientated plate flow so that it is easy to integrate and of high flexibility.

The modular construction is the basic for effective and cost saving upgrades to follow rising needs on costumer site.
