Mitsubishi HiTec Paper to increase prices for matt coated inkjet papers

Thursday 31. December 2009 - Mitsubishi HiTec Paper will increase prices for its matt coated "jetscript" inkjet papers world-wide by 5 %.

The price adjustment is valid for order incomes from Februaray 1st, 2010. Prices for raw materials have been increasing for some time. So far Mitsubishi HiTec Paper has absorbed these additional costs and was offering a stable price level to its customers. After the cost increases in the past months, this is now no longer possible and a price adjustment is inevitable.
