DotLine master with innovation the crises in the printing industry 2009

Friday 18. December 2009 - The new unit DotLine VMAX has a power spectrum from 100 single plates per hour up to unique 400 single plates per hour. The device is available as semi automatic solution with online processing and fully automatic device with 1000 plates in access. Plate formats from 300mm by 500mm up to a maximum format of 640mm by 930mm can be exposed.

The new unit DotLine VMAX has a power spectrum from 100 single plates per hour up to unique 400 single plates per hour. The device is available as semi automatic solution with online processing and fully automatic device with 1000 plates in access. Plate formats from 300mm by 500mm up to a maximum format of 640mm by 930mm can be exposed.


After the promising costumer feedback on the IFRA show in Vienna, the finalising of the autoloader software and good results of exposing tests on photopolymer and silver plates, DotLine is looking forward to win additional market shares in 2010 as well on the competitive markets in Europe.
 
The factory test with 1270 dpi proves a performance of 421 plates/h in Berliner format and 327 plates/h in Nordic format.
The system is available in different performance classes from January 2010.
 
Review and look out

A strong focus on market requirements, even in new markets, a lean production and the high level of innovations enable DotLine to grow in 2009 by 12%. Less than in the last years but in front of the circumstances the DotLine management is comfortable with the positive result.
 
In 2010 DotLine counts on new sales cooperation to achieve a better market penetration and will keep the speed of innovation to assure the positive development of the company.
