Sale of the 56 per cent stake in the newsprint mill Shanghai Norske Skog Potential Paper (SNP) finally completed

Wednesday 18. November 2009 - On 13 July 2009 Norske Skog announced that an agreement had been made under which Potential Industries took over all of Norske Skog's shares in SNP.

The transaction was contingent upon approval from Chinese authorities. Such approval is given and the transaction is now finally completed.
