Ricoh Proclaims thebigword a Winner
Thursday 17. September 2009 - The world top-20 translating and interpreting company, thebigword, has been proclaimed The Best Localisation Partner of the year!
Ricoh Europe Netherlands BV, one of the worlds largest IT companies has been working with thebigword for the last 12 months. During this time thebigword has translated numerous documents including user manuals, sales brochures, presentations and other marketing material into 16 EU languages and Japanese.
Ricohs Senior Director of European Operations, Mr Hideo Kondo, was on hand to present the award; a certificate and a trophy. Ricohs localisation suppliers are rated on a point based system so winning the award meant that thebigword beat off their competitors and took victory by a convincing margin.
Karin Nielsen, German Practice Manager and Bernie Byrne, European Sales Director received the award on behalf of the project management team.
Ricoh said, “We cant fault the service and we cant identify any areas for improvement. The cooperation with thebigword and their expertise in localisation has made them our number one vendor.” – an accolade the thebigword will be proud of.
