nyloflex infinity goes around the world

Flint Group Flexographic Products has successfully installed a further nyloflex infinity system, increasing the global presence of this technology continuously. nyloflex infinity gives processing operations the opportunity to produce seamless polymer sleeves that are ready for digital imaging and ITR (In-The-Round) processing, so high quality printing forms are available promptly without notice. This is an advantage particularly for sites, where the complete production workflow from pre-press to print is proceeded in-house.
For this reason Intermat Packaging, a flexo printer located in Istanbul, Turkey decided to establish the nyloflex infinity technology when they switched from conventional to digital processing. Intermat Packaging offers the complete process from preprint to printing, all from one source to guarantee their customers the highest quality without delay. Therefore, the In-the-Round processing suits their needs perfectly. Due to the excellent register accuracy nyloflex endless printing forms deliver the highest print quality even at high printing speeds. Seamless designs can be printed without problems on a wide range of substrates, including difficult material. Furthermore, in using nyloflex infinity Sleeves, Intermat Packaging is able to realise jobs at short-notice, quickly and efficiently, independently of supplier delivery times.
Flint Group Flexographic Products has installed the nyloflex infinity System in combination with the complete ITR processing line at Intermat Packaging in close cooperation with their local partner Dereli Graphic. In total the installation comprises the nyloflex infinity cutter, mounter, merger and coater, as well as the nyloflex Sleeve Exposure, Processor und Dryer. The technical service of Flint Group, who actively visits customers around the globe, has provided intensive training to impart the required knowledge.
