SUN CHEMICAL INTRODUCES PEARLESCENT PIGMENTS WITH BOLD NEW COLORS FOR INDUSTRIAL MARKET
Wednesday 01. April 2009 - Industrial designers looking for new bold and brilliant colors, can now use SunGEMä, a new effect pigment product line from Sun Chemical Performance Pigments that provides 10 new shades of intense high chroma color and superior pearlescent luster that previously did not exist on the market.
SunGEM expands the realm of color and design by exhibiting deep tones, rich hues, excellent opacity and exceptional sparkle. Additionally, unique magnetic alignment properties bring colorful three dimensional effects to their coatings and end use applications, including: consumer electronics, interior and exterior furnishings, recreational vehicles and more.

The SunGEM pearlescent effect pigments line comes in 10 bold new color shades, including: Light Silver, Gold/Taupe Interference, Orange, Deep Violet, Rich Blue, Gold/Turquoise Interference, Green, Rich Gold/Green Interference, Dark Silver and Cherry Red.
SunGEM will be launched at the European Coatings SHOW 2009 in Nurnberg, Germany at Sun Chemicals booth, located in Hall 10, Stand 117.
