Tensor Group Changes Management Structure

Friday 20. February 2009 - Tensor Group, Inc., a premier U.S. manufacturer of single-width web offset printing press equipment, announced today that its Chairman, Martin Hozjan, is assuming the responsibilities of President of Tensor following the departure of Don Gustafson, Tensor's former President.

Specific details of Don’s departure have not been disclosed; however, Martin stated that both he and Tensor wish Don well in his future endeavors and appreciate Don’s service with Tensor. Martin also stated, “I am excited by the new structure which will enable Tensor to continue to grow its worldwide business and provide excellent products and service to its customers.”

“Tensor Group is a family-owned business and the Hozjan Family will continue to have active roles in the management of the Company,” explains Martin, who until January 1, 2009, served as President of MAH Machine Co., Inc., another business owned by the Hozjan family. “We have been experiencing consistent growth over the past 10 years and we look forward to continuing to successfully grow the Company. We are in the process of developing new products that will position us to be the complete single-width supplier to our customers.”
