Stora Enso: Announcement with reference to Chapter 2, paragraph 10 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act

Monday 09. February 2009 - Stora Enso Oyj was informed on 6 February 2009 that the shares in the Company held by Foundation Asset Management Sweden AB (org. no. 556740-0246) has increased above 10% of the paid-up share capital on 6 February 2009.

With reference to Chapter 2, paragraph 10 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act, Stora Enso Oyj is reporting that as of 6 February 2009 the shareholding of Foundation Asset Management Sweden AB is as follows:
