The Maratek Solvent Recovery Systems (SRS) safely distill solvents in a vacuum environment at low temperatures (well below hydrocarbon breakdown temperatures), allowing solvents to be reused.
The units remove contaminants from used blanket and roller washes and separate the water from the recovered solvent automatically and are available to accommodate capacities of 20, 50, 75, 120 or 300 gallons per day. With these systems, printers are able to save up to 70 percent on annual purchases and boast an average return-on-investment of less than 18 months.
