Fujifilm C-fit Image Intelligence
Thursday 30. October 2008 - A color and image optimizing tool, Fujifilms C-fit software enhances both the color and the quality of digital images, making them more manageable to easier to print.
C-fit, which earned the 2007 PIA/GTF InterTech Technology award, takes advantage of Fujifilms patented Image Intelligence and Color Appearance Mapping technologies, which are the result of more than 70 years of the companys research and development efforts in imaging and color.
This technology provides a method for controlling and standardizing color images and automates the process of improving digital images, reducing much of the need for slow and costly manual editing methods. As a result, Fujifilms C-fit provides improved quality control as well as significant cost savings.
With its ability to improve the quality of RGB images and maximize the color potential of a CMYK printing system, all with automated hot-folders, C-fit can be a highly flexible and a productive addition to existing workflows for newspapers, yearbook printers, catalogers or commercial print facilities handling large volume of images.
