Xerox Awarded Top Honors for Global Accounts Program by the Strategic Account Management Association

Monday 19. May 2008 - Xerox Corporation's (NYSE: XRX) Premier Global Accounts Program has been awarded the 2008 Program of the Year by the Strategic Account Management Association. In addition, SAMA selected Tom Dolan, president of Xerox Global Account Operations, as its 2008 Executive of the Year.

SAMA’s recognition illustrates Xerox’s success in increasing loyalty and sales with its most strategic global clients.

“Each year we look to recognize a company with a management team who has built a customer program that epitomizes an ideal relationship between a supplier and its customers,” said Bernard Quancard, president and CEO, SAMA. “Under Tom’s leadership, Xerox’s program serves as a prime example of how a company can achieve global account growth by empowering senior management with the knowledge and tools to succeed.”

Under Dolan’s leadership, Xerox built a global accounts community to meet the business needs of its global clients. As a result, revenue from Xerox’s top accounts outside of their domestic markets grew 27 percent in 2007.

Dolan assumed his current Xerox role in April 2007 and also serves as a corporate senior vice president. Throughout his career at Xerox Dolan has held numerous leadership positions including president of Xerox Global Services, Global Solutions Group, North American Solutions Group and Xerox Business Services. Dolan began his career at Xerox in 1970.

At SAMA’s 44th Annual Conference in Dallas this week Dolan will deliver a breakout session titled “Xerox: The Evolution of Global Account Management.”
