100 % Print Inspection gets larger

Tuesday 13. May 2008 - Erhardt+Leimer will present a new multi-camera system for 100% Print Inspection at DRUPA 2008. The high resolution, fast line cameras allow for speeds of over 200 m/min. at highest resolution level.

12.000 to 18.000 active pixels are available for web widths of 1000 mm and beyond. This high resolution meets the high demands of quality assurance in packaging, forms and foil printing.
The ideally-suited diffuse light of the new lighting system TubeLight ensures perfect monitoring results even with strongly reflective surfaces and detects even embossed structures of metal foils.

The inspection system is shown on the stand of various machine manufacturers and on the Erhardt+Leimer stand in hall 16 where it is running on a 660 mm inspection rewinder.
