Pitney Bowes Management Services and Imaging Solutions Form Alliance

Tuesday 04. March 2008 - Agreement supports companies' document process outsourcing and technology offerings

Pitney Bowes Management Services, Inc. (PBMS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Pitney Bowes Inc. (NYSE:PBI), and Imaging Solutions, Inc. (ISI) today announced the formation of an alliance between the two companies. Under the newly signed agreement, PBMS, as part of its document processing solutions initiatives, will work jointly with Imaging Solutions to uncover opportunities that leverage the companies’ respective service offerings: for PBMS, its expertise and experience in the management of outsourced labor for document processing; for Imaging Solutions, its technology platforms and service offerings.
