Inkjet printer specialist Neos at Indiawood 2025

Friday 28. February 2025 - The Italian company, which specialises in inkjet printers for industrial printing applications, will showcase its latest innovations at the leading trade fair for the woodworking industry in India from March 6th to 9th, 2025 in the India Expo Centre & Mart (IEML), Greater Noida, Delhi-NCR.

NEOS, an Italian company based in Fiorano Modenese (MO) and leader in inkjet printing for digital industrial printing applications co-exhibits with cooperation-partner Jagenberg Converting Solutions on the German Pavillon, which will be in hall 11. The company can draw on many years of experience in the development, design and manufacture of digital inkjet printers that can be adapted to any production requirement. The NEOS inkjet-printers are suitable to conquer the roto-gravure markets for individualised prints, Al-generated designs, short print-runs and personalisation (ie. for hotels, restaurants, cruise-ships, etc.). The main benefits versus analogue are the short set-up-time, the design-flexibility, the reduction of waste by more than 75% and the unbeaten “POD-PrintOnDemand”- flexibility.
NEOS offers solutions designed to work on large formats while maintaining a very high level of printing, positioning itself as the ideal partner for industrial digital printing in the furniture sector. The success of complex graphic projects is also guaranteed by 100% customised inks and an integrated image processing system “VST” that enables easy-to-use and timely print quality management. A path that has enabled the company to revolutionise the furniture industry by responding to the growing demand for fast deliveries, short runs and bespoke decorations with printers capable of reproducing flat graphics and ripped natural materials simultaneously.
NEOS’ solutions are based on the company’s expertise in surface decoration and are designed to print on a wide range of materials such as paper, plastic (ABS – PVC – PET – PP), wood and composite materials. At Indiawood, the Italian company will present the best of its innovations, which are already in use on HPL paper and for decorating edges and panels. The company portfolio is based on the modular digital single-pass inkjet presses: the Fighter and the Bombardier.
The Fighter , with speeds of up to 150 metres/min and configurable up to 12 printhead or curing positions over a width of up to 530 mm, can be configured with either a vacuum conveyor belt suitable for rigid or semi-rigid materials up to 50 mm thick, such as wood panels or a roll-to-roll winder/rewinder concept for paper- and plastic web. This innovative digital printer-concept sets new records, designed to meet the highest demands for flexibility: Real-time configuration of the sequence of colours and variable data, fast and with the possibility to queue several projects to run one after the other. With UV LED and water-based inks and a wide range of accessories to dry and cure them, the NEOS Fighter proves to be a highly reliable printer.

Flexibility, top quality, speed and modularity that allows users to fully customise it to their own needs also characterise the NEOS Bombardier. The machine can also be equipped with a vacuum belt or a wed-feeding system, and thanks to the use of state-of-the-art print heads with corresponding software and electronics, all from Neos, perfect print quality is guaranteed. The Neos Bombardier offers a production speed of up to 270 m/min (in r-2-r) as well as print widths of 600 to 4.000 mm and a resolution of 600DPI to 1200DPI.
Indiawood, an international showcase for innovations affecting the entire wood processing chain, represents another opportunity for NEOS to demonstrate to international markets its expertise and valuable know-how designed to find the most suitable solution for the various needs in terms of customisation, productivity, creativity and time and cost optimisation. We are proud to present our solutions in co-operation with the German specialist for converting solutions and web-feeding technology JCS, Jagenberg Converting Solutions, BU Surface.
