Marbach rubber marbaject for maximum performance in rotary die-cutting

Monday 05. August 2024 - In addition to numerous product innovations, the globally operating diemaker Marbach also presented its new ejector rubber marbaject at drupa. At the Marbach booth, visitors could impressively convince themselves about the good rebound elasticity of the Marbach rubber.

André Angermeir, Head of Marbach Dies Supplies: “Our marbaject test station was one of the highlights at our drupa booth. Visitors were able to see in direct comparison how the rebound elasticity of marbaject behaves compared to other conventional high-performance rubbers available on the market. The comparison amazed the visitors.”
It is important to know that rebound elasticity is a very important factor for the ejector function of rubber and therefore for the smooth running of the die-cutting machine during packaging production.
Angermeir continues: “But these are not all the advantages of marbaject. In addition to its optimum ejector function, it is highly resistant to abrasion and wear, making it very durable.
