Marbach at drupa in Düsseldorf: New technologies for maximum performance
Tuesday 04. June 2024 - In addition to its new system solution CONNECTM for more digitalization in die-cutting and best machine performance, Marbach will present the digital zone levelling DZLplate. With its new coating, this now ensures even longer reduced make-ready times when die-cutting packaging.
The globally operating diemaker Marbach presents its top news at drupa. In addition to the topics of digitalization and sustainability, everything at the Marbach stand will be about the latest product innovations. For more than 100 years, the name Marbach has been synonymous with maximum performance in die-cutting packaging.
Die-cutting
Also on show: the marbacover technology for optimum results when die-cutting corrugated board and the new marbaject high-performance rubber for maximum machine speeds. Marbach will also be presenting the new, lightweight, and high-precision dieboards duramar|alu and solidplate|alu as well as a special tool for die-cutting honeycomb boards.
Stripping
Safety during the stripping process – this is what the Marbach lower pin unit offers. Especially in combination with the new precision lower pin. Thanks to its special design, it is not only highly precise but also very wear-resistant. For long-term smooth stripping processes and 100% waste-free operation.
Blanking
Stack quality plays a major role in blanking: not only for high machine speeds, but also for the further processing of the packaging blanks. With the Marbach alublanker, Marbach customers are on the safe side: its high-precision aluminum design ensures perfect stacking, short set-up times, high machine speeds and high packaging quality. And more good news from the blanking section: All Marbach blanking tools will be even better equipped in the future: With new, extended joggers as well as stable single knife joggers. This ensures optimum stack quality and even better performance in the blanking process.
Embossing
Marbach supplies a comprehensive portfolio in the area of embossing. To make the set-up of embossing even faster and more efficient in the future, Marbach has developed a transfer system for embossing. This also includes special paper embossing pads. The new transfer system reduces make-ready times during the embossing set-up process.
