Ultimate TechnoGraphics Reveals Second Major Release of 2023
Wednesday 22. November 2023 - Ultimate Impostrip 2023.2 includes lots of new functionality and improvements to existing features with a particular focus on the production of irregular shaped products with AutoNesting, and LaneFlow, a brand-new template-less Lane-based ganging solution.
Ultimate TechnoGraphics Inc., the leader in imposition, nesting and finishing automation, is happy to announce the second major release of its flagship product this year. The new Ultimate Impostrip 2023.2 will be revealed at Printing United, booth B10073 in Atlanta, Georgia from October 18th to 20th.
This new release ties into the company’s Printing United theme: “Software as ambitious as you are, from prepress, to finishing, to success.” Ultimate Impostrip 2023.2 includes lots of new functionality and improvements to existing features with a particular focus on the production of irregular shaped products with AutoNesting, and LaneFlow, a brand-new template-less Lane-based ganging solution for sheet or roll-fed devices.
Ultimate Impostrip is a modular solution which allows users to start small and grow as their business needs change. Ultimately providing a single scalable centralized software solution for all imposition, nesting and ganging needs no matter which printing technology or production method is used.
New AutoNesting – a major upgrade to the Impostrip true-shaped Nesting module
New LaneFlow – an optional template-less Laned ganging option for sheet and roll-fed media.
New Camera Registration Marks and Barcodes for Kongsberg, Zund and other Cutting Tables
Improved CSV and JSON import support
Color Merging functionality for Spot Color and PDF Layer (OCG) Management
Major improvements to PDF Layer (OCG) handling and processing
Improved Barcode support for Color, Knockout and Overprint
New file name output options including a unique ID
New XML validation process
New CERM JDF integration module
Support for the Duplo DC20K Slitter/Cutter/Creaser
and lots more improvements and customer requested functionality.
