Maximilian Klaile joins Apenberg & Partner

Friday 11. February 2022 - After earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, the 31-year-old Klaile started his career at Elanders GmbH, Waiblingen. His first stations as Project Manager Packaging and IT lead him to Controlling & ERP Administration.

Hamburg-based management consultants Apenberg & Partner have expanded their consulting team. Maximilian Klaile joined the print business consultants as new member in February 2022.
“With Maximilian Klaile, we have been able to gain a young print business manager. With his expertise, he will primarily support our clients in terms of development and implementation of innovative “print-on-demand” business models,” says Michael Apenberg, Managing Director of Apenberg & Partner GmbH.
After earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, the 31-year-old Klaile started his professional career at Elanders GmbH, Waiblingen. His first stations as Project Manager Packaging and IT lead him to Controlling & ERP Administration. Here, his responsibilities included the strategic development of the company as well as continuous analysis and optimization of production processes, organizational structures and internal procedures. As administrator, Klaile was responsible for the existing ERP system at the sites in Germany and Hungary. Being also an authorized site manager, he also managed a sheetfed offset print shop in Hungary with 200 employees. Experience in setting up a central, strategic purchasing department for several European sites (Print & Packaging) rounds off his competence profile.
