CHROMOS strengthens GEW sheetfed offset business in the DACH region

Friday 28. May 2021 - GEW has announced the appointment of CHROMOS Printing, part of CHROMOS Group AG, to represent GEW for the entire UV sheetfed offset business in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The division will complement the business activities of GEWs German branch.

Founded in 1946, the company now employs around 160 staff in Dielsdorf (Switzerland) and at other locations in Germany, Austria and Sweden. The head office in Dielsdorf is centrally located and offers easy access to the entire sales and service area.
CHROMOS Group AG is proud to represent many leading global brands in the region, including RMGT / Ryobi, HP Indigo, AB Graphic International, Omet, Weilburger Graphics, Fujifilm, Siegwerk and many more. Heinrich Maag, sales manager for offset presses at CHROMOS Group AG, explains: “We have many years of experience in the printing market as a solution partner in conventional and newspaper printing in the areas of pre-press, presses, press room and finishing. Maag explains the company’s experience in UV LED curing: “CHROMOS has been working with leading manufacturers of UV curing systems for the graphic arts industry for many years. Our technicians have successfully integrated UV LED systems into existing and new presses. Over the past eight years we have acquired a lot of know-how in LED technology for sheetfed printing. “
