Roto4All, the Italian webinar on rotogravure
Tuesday 07. April 2020 - In such a time as this, where we need to show the excellence of the Italian industry even more than ever, Acimga has decided to put its efforts for rotogravure in the creation of an online webinar, open and accessible to an international audience. Following the creation of The Italian Rotogravure Group in 2019, the association which gathers manufacturers of printing, converting and packaging machines has transformed the physical event scheduled in Florence, with a wider concept in mind.
On the 28th of April, through a dedicated online platform, the radio host Matteo Bordone will present Andrea Briganti (General Manager of Acimga), Gianmatteo Maggioni (coordinator of The Italian Rotogravure Group), Enzo Baglieri (Professor of Practice and Technology Management at SDA Bocconi School of Management – Executive MBA Director) and Elisabetta Bottazzoli (Sustainability and Circular Economy Manager). The webinar will be an opportunity to provide stimulating content on the strengths of rotogravure printing, the distribution of this technology in the packaging world and the concept of sustainability in a broader sense. The online event will be both in Italian and English, as a way to spread the Italian know-how to a potential worldwide audience. We will soon announce the ways to register to the webinar.
On the 23rd of October, in the amazing Florence setting, the topics of the webinar will be analysed on a deeper level during a one day event which will involve all the speakers scheduled for the original Roto4all.
“In such a difficult time for the country, associations must make a greater effort in order to support businesses and industries” says Acimgas General Manager Andrea Briganti. We started a Help Desk right at the beginning of the emergency, actively working and sharing information with our members. But we need to plan for the future and define our next steps as well. That’s why we decided to double the appointments on rotogravure with a webinar in April and the event in October.”
