Dr. Hönle AG: Cancellation of the Dr. Hönle Aktiengesellschaft Shareholders Meeting on 17 March 2020

Monday 16. March 2020 - The Dr. Hönle Aktiengesellschaft Management Board decided to cancel the Annual General Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, 17 March 2020 and to postpone it to a later date.

The Management Board has decided to take this step with a view to the well-being and health of its shareholders and employees, and out of a conviction of its social responsibility in society. The Board of Management is thus also complying with today’s recommendation to no longer hold events in Bavaria with more than 100 participants.
As soon as the general risk situation improves, the Board of Management will decide on a new date for the Annual General Meeting.
Due to the cancellation of the Dr. Hönle Aktiengesellschaft Shareholders’ Meeting, no dividend payment to shareholders will be made at this time.
