The advertising and printing feast has come to an end

Friday 28. February 2020 - On February 14th, the 16th edition of one of the largest exhibition events ended, which attracted about 21 000 visitors for 3 days. In the opinion of the organizer, the exhibitors and the visitors, the fair can be considered successful, especially considering the participation of about 4,000 visitors from abroad from 52 countries.

The high level of products, services, as well as all items of the trade fair programme once again confirms that RemaDays Warsaw is an event that cannot be missed in the world of advertising and printing.
On 12-14 February 2020, the capital of Poland became the capital of the world of advertising and printing for the 16th time. This year’s international trade fair event was successful. The International Trade Fair for Advertising and Printing RemaDays Warsaw is primarily an opportunity to establish cooperation with reliable market partners and exchange valuable experience, but not only. Visitors could fill the fair time with meetings, getting to know the interesting and wide range of exhibitors’ offers, as well as lectures given by outstanding specialists, taking advantage of all the facilities, competitions and attractions provided by the organizer. Let us recall in brief what the rich RemaDays Warsaw 2020 programme looked like.
International Trade Fair for Advertising and Printing RemaDays Warsaw once again took place in the Ptak Warsaw Expo exhibition center in two halls: E and F, on an area of 35 000 m2. Among the visitors there was a large group of visitors from abroad – 4000 people. About 800 exhibitors had the opportunity to present the latest solutions, technologies and products to a wide range of potential customers and business partners from the advertising and printing market – both domestic and foreign. RemaDays Warsaw is, in the unanimous opinion of its participants, an excellent opportunity to set trends in the industry and establish very fruitful relationships and further development of each brand and company present at the fair.
As in previous editions, also this year the organizer has prepared a wide range of facilities for the visitors – starting with access, through practical tools to facilitate moving around the fair, to the possibility of rest in the time filled with meetings and events. Free buses (leaving every 15 minutes from the Dworzec Centralny Railway Station, from the DW Centralny 06 bus stop and from the PKP Lotnisko Chopina stop) were waiting for guests who got to Warsaw by train or plane. Visitors who were travelling by car could use the 7000-seat car park right next to the exhibition center. During the fair, a special Relax Zone was made available, attracting visitors with the aroma of good coffee and the possibility to use free Internet. Trade fair guests also had catering facilities at their disposal – restaurants and cafes – which were located on an area of 2600 m2.
The series of lectures organized annually by RemaCongress is, as always, an opportunity to broaden one’s knowledge, increase competences and learn about current issues of the industry and business in the broadest sense of the word – they are presented by outstanding specialists and people who are authorities in their field. This time the special guest was the entrepreneur, strategic consultant, professional negotiator, business trainer and coach Krzysztof Sarnecki, who presented interesting lectures during the first two days of the fair. In addition, the visitors could take part in free lectures, during which the speakers discussed the issues of advertising, marketing, printing and many others.
The stands with dummies, where exhibitors from the textile industry presented their latest offer, proved to be very popular. In hall F you could take advantage of the workshops at the stands of companies from the Technology Park or Printing House sectors. The offer was really rich. Visitors had the opportunity to learn how specialized devices work in practice.
It is time to move on to one of the key points of the RemaDays Warsaw 2020 programme, i.e. the annual competitions. On the first day of the fair we met the winners of the competition for the Korony Reklamy 2020. The best companies from each category – Advertising Gift Producer, Advertising Gift Importer, Technology, Out&InDoor – received statuettes symbolizing success during the Exhibitors’ Evening. On the same day the results of The Prize for Innovations competition were announced. The jury appreciated the most innovative machines, devices and solutions, awarding gold, silver and bronze medals.
This is not the end of the competition. Every day there was a draw of unique prizes – KROSS bikes – in the Visitors’ Lottery. In addition, during the first two days, fair visitors had the opportunity to vote for the best catalogue, gadgets and POS materials. The Catalogue of the Year, Gifts of the Year and POS of the Year competitions were settled during the festive Business Breakfast, in which partners of the Solidni w Biznesie programme take part every year.
The 16th edition of the highly acclaimed exhibition event has come to an end. The successful course of the fair, the comfort and good atmosphere, as well as the high level presented by the exhibitors themselves and the visitors interested in their offer are a clear proof – the advertising and printing industry is developing very vigorously, and initiatives such as the RemaDays Warsaw 2020 attract great interest from market participants. We would like to thank you for the shared moments, wish you many successes and invite you to the International Trade Fair for Advertising and Printing RemaDays Warsaw 2021.
