Nazdar Ink Technologies to reveal latest ink innovations at FESPA 2018
Wednesday 25. April 2018 - Nazdar Ink Technologies will exhibit brand new and established inkjet, screen, and flexo inks, as well as examples of its special effects portfolio, at the forthcoming FESPA 2018 show.
Taking place in Berlin, Germany, from May 15th to 18th 2018, FESPA 2018 is the FESPA federation’s global, all-encompassing event for the wide-format, textile printing and signage markets that typically attracts over 23,000 visitors from across the world. May’s expo will include the co-located events European Sign Expo and Printeriors.
This year, Nazdar will promote its range of market-leading wide format ‘plug and play’ alternatives to OEM inks, which allow end-users to reduce costs without compromising on quality. The Nazdar range offers exceptional colour and chemistry compatibility, quality and cost effectiveness combined with a seamless conversion process, enabling users to switch one colour at a time to save time and money.
Nazdar solutions for Roland printers include the 203 Series Inkjet Imaging Inks, designed to accompany the well-established 2000 and 202 Series as quality alternatives to Roland Eco Max 3 original inks. Specifically formulated to provide ease of use while handling the demands of faster print speeds, Nazdar 203 Series not only offers convenience and performance but also great value.
Nazdar solutions for Mimakitm printers, 183 Series inks, are designed for use in Mimaki JV3, CJV, JV33 and JV5 Inkjet Printers. Users of Mimaki SS21/BS3/BS4/ES3 inks on these printers can now change to Nazdar ink without the need to flush, with Nazdar ‘plug and play’ ink capabilities. Due to the complete chemical and colour compatibility of the two ink sets, OEM inks can be replaced with Nazdar inks as they run out, rather than all colours at the initial install. This saves both time and money, as there is no need to perform wasteful ink fill procedures or dispose of unused ink.
Also on show will be the Nazdar 730 Series UV inkjet ink. The primary uses of this versatile product are for POP displays, durable graphics and banners where colour fidelity and adhesion are of primary importance. Typical substrates for this graphic ink are: acrylics, styrene, Dibond, foam boards, Sintra, rigid and flexible vinyl, rigid PVC, pressure sensitive banner, and window cling.
An expert in screen printing inks, Nazdar will also be debuting the new Nazdar 2800 Series Durable Graphic Screen ink. One of the first dual-cure UV/UV-LED inks specifically formulated for the durable decal market, 2800 Series offers excellent adhesion on vinyl and print-treated polyesters and boosts 4-year outdoor durability without an overprint. The 2800 Series exhibits excellent chemical resistance, accepts premask, and thermal die-cuts without edge chipping. Five-year outdoor durability can be achieved by overprinting with Nazdar 2829 Durable Overprint Clear.
Nazdar will also be presenting its 2300 UV LED Screen Inks. This series, developed for the container market, is perfect for printing on various glass and plastic bottles used in the packaging of cosmetics, household chemicals and other similar applications, while offering energy savings and a smaller environmental footprint. Nazdar 3500 Series and 3529/3539 Screen Inks, also on display, are designed for long-term outdoor durability on premium pressure-sensitive vinyl films.
Finally, Nazdar will be promoting its new Special Effects Inks binder, to show customers creative ways to harness its speciality inks’ capabilities, such as metallic finishes, phosphorescence (glow-in-the-dark), various textures, and more.
Ink experts will be on hand to answer visitors’ perplexing printing problems. Whether printing indoor or outdoor applications on paper, plastics, textiles, metal, glass, or containers and packaging, there’s a Nazdar ink that’s right for every job.
