MPS signs three new agents across South America

Friday 16. February 2018 - Fencsa, Coras do Brasil and Ferrostaal now locally represent MPS flexo, offset, and hybrid press solutions.

MPS has strengthened its local presence in South America for its flexo, offset, and hybrid press solutions with the appointment of three new agents across the continent. Fencsa is now the local MPS agent in Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, and Venezuela; Coras do Brasil in Brazil and Argentina; and Ferrostaal in Chile and Bolivia.

Fencsa (Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, and Venezuela)
With extensive experience and a range of high quality products tested in the Latin American market, Fencsa is a leader in the integration of productivity solutions. John Villalobos, the founder of Fencsa, has a professional profile of 15 years’ experience in flexographic printing in positions of technical management, production management and sales management, with direct experience representing MPS previously as an agent.
In addition to MPS, Fencsa represents HCI Converting, Grafotronic AB, Wasberger, and Set Industry among other brands, and offers servo driven presses, inspection and finishing equipment, heat shrink films, flexography consultancy and technical service.
Coras do Brasil (Brazil and Argentina)
Founded in 1979, Coras do Brasil represents the best in technology, innovation and know-how in flexible packaging, labels, and self-adhesive tapes, with a range of equipment from Atlas Converting Equipment, AVT, Bro-tech, Maan Group and more.
Gustavo A. Virginillo, Managing Director of Coras do Brasil and the primary contact for MPS presses commented: “With our near 40-years’ experience in this industry, we see significant growth potential for the MPS brand in Brazil and Argentina. Ferrostaal Chile (Chile and Bolivia)
A subsidiary of the Ferrostaal Trading Group, Ferrostaal Chile was founded 1949 in Santiago and is divided into three business units: Industrial Services, Special Projects and Equipment Solutions.
The Equipment Solutions unit acts as distributor and general contractor for the graphic arts and wood processing industry in the Chilean and Bolivian markets, supplying and installing machinery and industrial equipment. This comes hand in hand with a wide range of services as well as consumables and spare parts, thus covering all requirements of the business activities of its customers.
For the graphic arts industry, Ferrostaal Equipment Solutions supplies machinery for the pre-press, press and post-press stages.
