Launch of “Nassenger PRO 60 with Acid IDye nks Specification

Thursday 25. April 2013 - Konica Minolta,Inc. (Inkjet Business Unit) launches Nassenger PRO 60 with acid dye inks specification as additional lineup on this April.

With a print speed of 60m2/hour, “Nassenger PRO60” is an inkjet textile printer in wide use ideal for tasks such as creating samples and short-run production. A newly-developed inkjet printhead with a water-based independent drive system has been mounted to realize major improvements in speed and environmental performance. In addition, Nassenger PRO60 is a compact, all-in-one inkjet print system incorporating textile unwinder, printer, dryer and textile winder functions. Thanks to the coming addition of Acid Inks to the lineup, Nassenger PRO60 is now capable of printing of materials such as nylon and silk, functions that have been in great market demand, making it possible to realize high-quality printing of items of apparel such as swimwear and kimono.
Compared to conventional screen printing systems, not only does the inkjet printing system offer features such as reduced power consumption and major cuts in CO2 emissions, but it also realizes benefits including reductions in waste and use of water resources. Moreover, the genuine textile ink used by Nassenger PRO60 is a highly-safe ink that has been subjected to a full spectrum of safety tests.
