Primo Pocket Control or Smart Phone Controls Primo Weigher 360

Monday 25. April 2011 - The Primo Pocket Control gives operators complete control of the Primo Weigher 360 in the palms of their hands eliminating the need to go back and forth between the weigher and HMI interface or the assistance of a second person. CombiScale is now introducing the Primo 360 Mobile App. Using a Windows-based Smart Phone, the operator can control the Primo Weigher 360 in the same way as the Primo Pocket Control.

Operators can execute any function including a step-by-step wizard to set-up the machine, run the automatic self check start-up routine that calibrates the weigh cells and tests several items including buckets, vibrator motors, and the center cone, or run a self diagnostics that tests all functions of the weigher. With total control, operators can start, pause, and stop the operation of the weigher with the Primo Pocket Control from anywhere.
The Primo Weigher 360 open frame design is the first of its kind making it the simplest and easiest combination scale to operate, wash, and service and provides effortless access to all major components of the scale. All contact parts are completely tool-less: pans, buckets, chutes, and the hopper are supplied with quick disconnects for quick and easy removal. The swing out center hopper assembly dramatically simplifies product change over and cleaning; setting the height of the hopper is effortless.
The Primo Weigher 360 uses readily available software including Windows, Crystal Reports, Skype and integrates with most resource planning and networking software including Oracle, Plaintree, Syspro, and JDEdwards to generate customized reports. The Primo Weigher 360 is available in 10, 14, 16, 20, and 24-head configurations with 1.5, 2.5, and 5 liter bucket sizes.
