Interpack 2011 Bosch presents Full-Range Solutions for Syringe Processing
Monday 25. April 2011 - * Portfolio for syringe processing completed * Numerous successful projects world wide * Wide range of upstream and downstream equipment
At Interpack 2011 in Düsseldorf, Bosch Packaging Technology presents its wide ranging portfolio for syringe processing, via oral, picture and video presentations as well as customer dialogues. “Since we entered the market, a lot of changes have occurred in all areas. Bosch was able to set new limits via our development of peristaltic pumps, vacuum filling and stoppering systems and the successful FXS line for the processing of pre-sterilized syringes in nests”, emphasized Product Manager Klaus Ullherr. Our projects not only in Germany, Europe and the USA, but also in emerging markets like China, India, Mexico and Ecuador, proved that Bosch is a vital partner to the Pharmaceutical Industry.
For all output ranges from 2,000 to 57,600 pieces per hour, a 2 to 16 pitch filling machine is available in sterile rooms, isolators and RABS/cRABS designs. “At Interpack we will present interesting and flexible solutions, such as combination filling stations, for the still booming Biotech market and for high potent products,” Klaus Ullherr stated.
The portfolio has also been enhanced with respect to upstream and downstream processes. According to Boschs “One-Stop-Shopping” concept this provides our customers the possibility of integrating all processes with the assistance of one full range supplier for syringe processing.
