On just one cup filler all sizes of SuperLock packaging can be filled, sealed and closed with click-on screw lids.
Due to the new oxygen barrier a product shelf life of up to 24 months is possible.
This new lidding technology can be integrated on all GRUNWALD filling machines – from 1 to 8 lane, rotary and inline designs.
Depending on the product a production speed of up to 20,000 cups/h can be achieved.
SuperLock has all the advantages of plastic while giving the end-user the visual impression and feel of glass.
