RISI Announces Wade Camp As Senior Wood Products Economist
Thursday 24. March 2011 - RISI, the leading information provider for the global forest products industry, today announced the hiring of Wade Camp as Senior Wood Products Economist.
Wade comes to RISI from the Southeastern Lumber Manufacturers Association where he held the title of Director of Economic Services. Wade’s career thus far spans three decades and multiple roles from production to economic modeling, working for companies and associations such as International Paper, Georgia Pacific, SFPA and most recently SLMA. A veteran of the industry, he has been involved in many facets of today’s modern forestry businesses from strategic planning, M&A and distribution to production, supply-chain management and forecasting. Wade has a Bachelor’s degree in Forestry from Purdue, a Master’s degree from Duke, and a MBA from the University of Dallas.
