OKI Data Americas Announces Select Products are National Master Standard Offer (NMSO) Authorized by Government of Canada
Friday 04. March 2011 - Select color and monochrome printers and multifunction products are available to Canadian government agencies at a fixed cost through authorized OKI Data Americas resellers
OKI Data Americas, which markets its products under the OKI Printing Solutions brand, today announced several of its products are National Master Standard Offer (NMSO) authorized by Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). The products available to Canadian government agencies at a negotiated cost include: the C711dn digital color printer; the B411d, B411dn, B720dn, B730dn and B930dn digital monochrome printers, and the MB470 MFP (multifunction product).
The NMSO is a list of pre-approved vendor suppliers from which federal government departments save time and money in the procurement process by establishing preset pricing, terms and conditions for products and services. With OKI Data Americas on the NMSO, government agencies and departments can now deal directly with the company to procure print technology, while also budgeting effectively through pre-determined pricing.
“OKI Data Americas has developed a strong presence in the Canadian market, and inclusion in the NMSO will help increase our footprint by providing government agencies with more seamless access to our product lines,” said Mario Pallotta the General Manager, Canada for OKI Data Americas.
All OKI Printing Solutions products are built on parent company OKI Data Corporations history of leadership and innovation in color printing, such as digital LED technology and Single Pass Color. This technology allows OKI Data Americas to manufacture products that require fewer moving parts for increased reliability.
