AUPASYS offers a modular system of different system components for your individual requirements. Chain conveyors, roller conveyors, corner stations, empty pallet storage, slat conveyors, shuttles, and several other components are available as modules. Manual or fully-automatic non-stop devices at the feeder and delivery are a prerequisite for the systems high productivity. AUPASYS can be configured for system pallets or wooden transport pallets.
The extremely low height of 100 millimeters enables floor assembly. A sunken variant is available as an alternative.

In order to feed the required pile quality, you need a pile turner that not only turns the pile, but also positions it centrally and straight on a system pallet, and offers simple pallet exchange of wooden pallets for plastic system pallets. manroland offers different AUPASYS pile turner variants and format classes for just this purpose. Key features of the pile turner include minimum cycle time, operation from one side, space-saving installation without a pit, and automatic system pallet clamping, as well as a job saver that stores job-related data regarding substrates, pallet format, turning program, ventilation, and jogging.
