RR Donnelley Awarded New Multi-Year Catalog and Logistics Agreement by L.L.Bean

Wednesday 16. February 2011 - To Produce Full Line and Specialty Catalogs as Well as Provide List Processing, Co-Bind and Co-Mail Services

R. R. Donnelley & Sons Company (Nasdaq:RRD) announced today that it has been awarded a new multi-year agreement by L.L.Bean, a leading multi-channel provider of apparel and outdoor equipment. Under the terms of agreement, RR Donnelley will produce L.L.Bean’s full line and specialty catalogs including its Outdoors/Sporting and Home titles, as well as produce package inserts that ship with ordered products. RR Donnelley will also provide list processing and co-binding services and draw on its logistics resources to deliver co-mail services.
