Market study confirms that G-Print is “Impossible to copy”

Tuesday 18. January 2011 - In a recent market study carried out by Opticom, it was confirmed that G-Print paper from Arctic Paper is considered by its customers to be a truly unique coated paper with a consistent high quality. Arctic's personal service was also ranked very highly by their customers.

Opticom International Research carried out a market study of customers’ perception of the brand, G-Print. It was based on 169 interviews with representatives for direct customers and wholesale customers from eleven European countries and was a follow-up to the study from 2008.
The results are now complete and have recently been presented “The report confirms G-Print’s tagline ‘Impossible to copy”, says Garry Colyer, Managing Director for Arctic Paper UK. “We are delighted to confirm that the study shows that our strongest areas are the product itself and our service to customers.” The survey demonstrated that G-Print has a high and consistent quality, which is based on the technical characteristics and its unique coating technology. The research indicated that printers noticed this through the extremely good runnability in printing presses and conversion machines.
“In addition to following up on 2008’s survey, it was important to get a picture of how customers view us and G-Print today and how we can improve our product and service. The Opticom research supports Arctic’s on-going commitment to G-Print as a brand that we will manage and continue to strengthen and develop within the group.” concluded Garry.
