Dow Declares Quarterly Dividend of 15 Cents per Share

Friday 10. December 2010 - The Dow Chemical Company (NYSE: DOW) has declared a dividend of 15 cents per share, payable January 28, 2011, to shareholders of record on December 31, 2010.

This marks the 397th consecutive cash dividend issued by the Company. Dow has paid its shareholders cash dividends every quarter since 1912.
