OKI announces new levels of mono print performance for medium and large sized workgroups
Monday 25. October 2010 - Three new models take the strain out of high volume business critical printing
Building on its continuing success in the important A4 mono printer market, OKI Printing Solutions has launched the B700 Series, targeted at the medium to large workgroup and corporate sector.
The new B700 Series A4 mono printers are fast, versatile and productive A4 mono printers for busy workgroups and business critical print environments. The B710 prints at 40ppm, the B720 prints at 45ppm and the B730 tops the performance list at 50ppm. All are high quality, reliable and cost effective printing solutions with high processing performance, flexible paper handling and fast first page out times.
The B700 series are network ready and have USB, parallel and serial connections as standard for easy integration into any environment and with PCL and PostScript for complete platform flexibility. Taking performance and reliability to new levels all models deliver low cost per page output and reduced cost of ownership throughout the lifecycle of the printer.
Importantly for this market, secure printing is standard on all models with the numeric keypad on the operator panel making it easy to release stored print jobs by entering a pin number, before the job is printed. This simple to use system ensures that only authorised staff can access sensitive documents for print.
“This is a demanding marketplace in which the customers primary need is for the utmost dependability from their printers,” says Alan McLeish, senior product marketing manager, OKI Printing Solutions. “The B700 Series is designed to meet that requirement in every respect and deliver outstanding quality and cost performance with low user intervention rates.”
All of this is underpinned by the availability of a three-year warranty, which reflects the companys confidence in the reliability of its complete product range, giving increased peace of mind to the user.
