Bitstream to Feature Pageflex Storefront 7.0 with Adobe InDesign and Studio ID at Print 09
Wednesday 22. July 2009 - The latest Additions to the Pageflex Product Line Enable Greater Web-to-Print Brand Management and Variable Data Creativity
Pageflex, a division of Bitstream Inc. (NASDAQ: BITS) and a leading developer of enterprise variable data publishing and web-to-print solutions, announced today that it will feature its latest product releases, Pageflex Storefront 7.0 and Pageflex Studio ID, during the Print 09 conference, happening September 11 – 16, 2009 at McCormick Place, Chicago, IL. Bitstream will be demonstrating these products in booth #6536.
Released in June of 2009, Pageflex Storefront 7.0 incorporates the graphic design industry-standard Adobe InDesign CS4 Server and offers sophisticated customization of graphically-rich documents through a Web browser. This latest release is designed to meet the challenges of customers who have elaborate graphic design needs and large volumes of existing Adobe InDesign documents. Pageflex Storefront 7 supports a wide range of document types, including Pageflex NuDoc documents, InDesign documents, Adobe PDF documents, and HTML emails, that are accessible from anywhere. This openness makes Pageflex Storefront ideal for companies that have a variety of branded materials to manage, customize, and make available to geographically dispersed sales teams, franchisees, and customers.
Bitstream also will be featuring Pageflex Studio ID, a desktop variable data publishing (VDP) plug-in for Adobe InDesign CS4. Pageflex Studio ID enables users to design, setup, and run variable data projects directly in InDesign. Pageflex Studio ID combines the power of the companys industry-leading expertise in variable data composition with the visual power and graphic creativity of Adobe InDesign to give users one comprehensive design source for their variable data projects.
