CPI Corp. Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend

Wednesday 18. February 2009 - CPI Corp. (NYSE:CPY) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a first quarter cash dividend of 16 cents per share.

The dividend will be paid on March 6, 2009 to shareholders of record as of February 27, 2009. As of February 16, 2009, CPI had 6,819,469 common shares outstanding.
