Wednesday 29. October 2008 - Fujifilm Workflow XMF is the revolutionary new print workflow solution from Fujifilm built from the ground up on industry standards and state-of-the-art technology. XMF is an end-to-end JDF workflow solution and is not simply "built on" JDF, but is actually a complete JDF engine.
XMF utilizes the latest Adobe PDF Print Engine technology and maintains PDF throughout the workflow. PDF content and JDF instructions are referenced at the rendering stage. XMF features client-server architecture with unlimited user platform independent clients and fully integrated imposition. The JDF architecture provides the ability to build on XMFs “cross-media” device independent capabilities. XMF gives print service providers the flexibility; processing power and ease-of-use they need to maximize their productivity, quality and efficiency.
