Prepress
Web2Print application with translation management module appeals to Drupa visitors.
Sunday 08. June 2008 - We all knew it months ago: Drupa 2008 could have been named "the Web2Print Drupa". Tons of exhibitors - from the big names in the industry to the small innovative companies - are trying to please the visitors with their online print solutions.
However, one Web-to-Print solution definitely sticks out of the bunch: Vit2Print. The software suite consists of several modules that, in cooperation, optimize the entire prepress workflow of digital and commercial printers, advertising agencies and publishers. However, each module can be used as an independent solution to optimize a certain aspect of the prepress workflow. Next to its clever technical architecture, the pricing allows to start small and grow big. As a conclusion you could say that every graphical company can have a Web2Print application that fits their needs perfectly – nothing less, nothing more.
Vit2Print module TransVit impresses every single Drupa visitor.
The Vit2Print module TransVit has the aim to optimize the translation process for the production of multilingual documents. Translators translate in their web browser. The interface is extremely user-friendly, in order to allow translators to do their job without having any graphical or technical knowledge. Due to the clever “follow-me-interface”, the translator is forced to take the lay-out into account while doing the translation. In this manner, TransVit is able to insert the translation directly into the InDesign document.
Vit2Print – backed by the industrys top technology brands Adobe & Mac.
Vit2Print is a product developed by NSS (Net & Storage Solutions) an innovative company from Belgium that has more then twenty years of experience in the graphics industry. NSS is an official Adobe InDesign Server Solution Partner (Vit2Print demonstrations at Adobe booth at Drupa on 1/06 and 9/06). Added to that, the software suite is authorized to call itself Mac software. Customers are very pleased to rely on the experience of NSS and the best brands in the graphics industry.
Vit2Print – winner at the corporate media competition 2007.
Vit2Print does not only appeal to the Drupa 2008 visitors. The judges at the 19th “Corporate Media the European Masterclass” competition were also convinced about the superiority of this Web-to-Print solution. For this reason they granted this product the title of “Master of Excellence”. The judges – however – did not praise the translation management module (TransVit) – as the Drupa visitors are doing – but CorrectVit. This module optimizes and speeds up the correction of print material by giving the customer of the printing house the ability to correct InDesign documents online.
Vit2Print – customers & facts
The software is used by several companies in Western Europe. Just three quick examples of what customers do with Vit2Print:

In addition they generated about thousand internal documents (business cards, job vancancies, press releases, etc.) in accordance with their corporate identity/design guidelines.
