KODAK INSITE Campaign Manager Helps Print Service Providers Offer Integrated Marketing Campaigns
Monday 02. June 2008 - For print service providers moving beyond "ink on paper" to become marketing service providers, KODAK INSITE Campaign Manager provides analysis and management of customer data, creating even more relevant and effective targeted communications. Fully integrated with the KODAK Unified Workflow Solutions, INSITE Campaign Manager is an innovative solution that is able to define each element of a marketing campaign, including outbound and inbound channels, landing sites, personalized URLs, email blasts, and key metrics and analytics.
INSITE Campaign Manager offers powerful tools to manage four key aspects of data:
Campaign Data: manages and organizes marketing campaigns for print service providers on behalf of their customers
Customer Data: provides framework to consume, cleanse, correct, and process client data
Enhanced Data: provides framework to enhance client data by leveraging geo-demographic data
Knowledge and Insight: uses a powerful analytical engine to leverage client data to create marketing campaigns
“Kodak delivers a comprehensive solution for digital print and for campaigns that link with online strategies,” said Jon Bracken, VP Marketing and Channels, Enterprise Solutions, Kodaks Graphic Communications Group. “INSITE Campaign Manager makes it possible for users to maximize results by assisting with the planning, executing and measuring of communication campaigns, and provides a much needed edge in a highly competitive market.”
Corporate enterprises today are more demanding than ever and require maximum return on their marketing investments, evaluating each effort for reach and effectiveness. Similarly, print service providers today are working to find ways to redefine and expand their businesses while meeting the needs of current customers and attracting new ones.
INSITE Campaign Manager is ideally suited to help both demographics. Print service providers adopting the solution are able to offer the services most needed by their customers: campaign creation; data mining and management; the ability to segment customers and tailor offers that appeal to each group; seamless integration with KODAK INSITE Variable Data Print System; Adobe Dreamweaver CS3 software integration to create landing sites and HTML email outbound channels; connectivity with third-party email blast vendors; the ability to generate secure personalized URLs; metrics tracking; and campaign ROI reporting. And corporate enterprises partnering with a print service provider using INSITE Campaign Manager will benefit from an integrated solution that ties together print and digital channels.
At drupa, Kodak also is showing the INSITE Variable Data Print System 4.0, a major new release with more robust cross media variable data print features used for applications such as direct mailers. It uses KODAK DARWIN Desktop Software 3.0, a new version of the software launching at drupa, for the creation of print and HTML templates, and adds a workflow component to variable data printing by leveraging the KODAK INSITE Creative Workflow System.
“Having the option to incorporate variable data into your marketing campaign is critical, and Kodak provides the technology to manage the process,” added Bracken. “Our customers have relied on our enabling technology for years, and by integrating INSITE VDP System with the new KODAK PRINERGY Digital Workflow System and our Unified Workflow, we are making it easier for them to offer a full suite of services to their customers.”
