Gerhard Schulze new Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Gerresheimer AG

Tuesday 26. February 2008 - Mr. Gerhard Schulze is appointed Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Gerresheimer AG with effect from February 25, 2008.

Mr. Lionel Assant, partner of Blackstone Group International Ltd., London, has surrendered the office of Chairman but continues to be a member of the Supervisory Board.
