Fujifilm announces printers participating in eco roadshow

Monday 28. January 2008 - Fujifilm today announces that Breckland Print, LPC Printing and Severnprint are joining its forthcoming environmental roadshows in London, Bristol and Birmingham as practical and successful examples of environmental best practice. The events are being held throughout the UK during February.

Dave Spooner, commercial manager at Breckland Print comments: “We are pleased to be taking part in the environmental roadshow. Environmental issues have been high on our agenda for a long time now and by making some changes to our business, we have not only become a greener printer but have been able to make a significant difference to our bottom line.”

The aim of the events, which feature speakers from Envirowise, WRAP, Print & Media Certification, and Vision In Print, is to bring together all of these experts in one place, providing a one-stop-shop for all environmental queries relevant to the printing industry.

Attendees will take away from the day all the practical advice they need to become more environmentally friendly throughout their businesses and, in turn, recommendations on how to convert this knowledge into profitability.

The roadshows will be at the following locations on these dates:

Tuesday 5th February 2008 – Bristol, Marriott Bristol City Centre

Thursday 7th February 2008 – Birmingham, Hilton Metropole Birmingham

Tuesday 12th February 2008 – Manchester, The Lowry Centre

Tuesday 19th February 2008 – Newcastle, Marriott Metro Newcastle

Wednesday 27th February 2008 – London, Thistle Barbican

Attendance at the events is £50.00 (inclusive of VAT) per attendee.
