Unilog Management, Groupe Logica partners with ReadSoft on invoice automation

Wednesday 23. January 2008 - Following the success of their earlier joint projects, Unilog Management has decided to reinforce and extend its partnership on the French market with the Swedish software company ReadSoft.

The newly signed partnership includes extensive training programs in the use of the ReadSoft’s Oracle-certified solution for accounts payable automation and an organization structured into dedicated “business units”.
Unilog Management, a leading consulting firm in France, had long identified a rapidly growing interest in automated invoice handling.
“More and more companies are now ready to take the plunge and start with a true project. They even have a pretty good idea of the return on investment they can expect from these projects,” says Olivier Guichard, Senior Manager at Unilog Management, who is in charge of the ReadSoft partnership.

The Unilog Management Oracle Business Team was looking for an automated invoice solution offering a high level of integration with a complete purchase to pay process. They chose the ReadSoft solution.
“We’ve selected ReadSoft for the quality of their integration with the Oracle eBusiness Suite. This criterion was essential to comply with our vision of an end-to-end supplier value chain. We’ve also been pleased with the look and feel of the software and its ease of use”, adds Olivier Guichard.

Initiated in January 2007, the collaboration between ReadSoft and Unilog Management has already led to major projects, especially in the distribution area. These successes have reassured the consulting firm about the dynamics of a market that should reach a 61 % annual growth by 2009, according to the French research firm Markess International.
To better respond to this growing demand, Unilog Management decided to raise the competences of its consultant through extensive technical training in the use of the ReadSoft solution for Oracle (INVOICES and INVOICE-IT) and implementing an organization structured into three dedicated business units;
         Organization: analysing business processes needs, reorganizing the finance/purchase functions, and managing   change, etc.
         Automation: design and configuration of software
         Integration/Installation

“As a complete partner, Unilog Management can take charge of the whole project cycle, including the change management issue, a key factor for the success of automation projects. They have also the ability to undertake TMA contracts for our clients,” explains Christophe Rebecchi, Managing Director of ReadSoft France.
