Rheinische Post extends Domino

Friday 04. January 2008 - Rheinische Post Düsseldorf and Ferag GmbH, a subsidiary of the WRH Marketing AG, have signed an extension on there existing Domino service level agreement at the IfraExpo 2007.

Starting fall 2008 Ferag GmbH will be responsible for all the maintenance and repair work on the six Ferag MSD processing lines in the printing plant of Düsseldorf-Heerdt. The scope of work for the Ferag engineers will also include the trouble shooting during the 24 hour, 365 day four shift production.
With this contract Rheinische Post will become a full reference for all services performed by Ferag as a part of the ValuePlus module Domino.
